Perfectly clean, fantastic hotel with kind staff and fabulous rooms. Delicious variety at breakfast. Stunning and marvellous location in Byron Bay close to beautifully manicured gardens as well as the hot tub at night. Also, in Byron Bay city centre.
Beds were rock hard.

Location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes from town. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Tried to book onsite massage but the staff finished on the day of our arrival. The room we were in joined another one and you can hear some noise.

This was such a treat to stay in! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but perfectly suited to the quaintness of the resort. The views were spectacular, you really felt like you were in the middle of nature with all the comforts of modern living around you. The pool and pool area are lovely too. The breakfast the next morning was only gorgeous!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a retreat in a tranquil location. The property was beautifully surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The private room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and had a spacious balcony with a stunning view. The sunken spa bath was a luxurious touch and never ran out of hot water. The breakfast delivered to my room was delicious and of gourmet quality. The staff were friendly and easily accessible, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this retreat for a great getaway.

The staff were excellent and so was the breakfast .Nice relaxed feel to the place and nice surrounds.
The room really let us down as it so small it felt claustrophobic especially when we had to close the door because of the rain. The deck was nice but no cover so we had to be stuck inside. There was only one chair to sit in and no coffee table. You really need a place to sit together other than on the bed. The sunken bath should of been in a bathroom and the space used for a nice two seater lounge and coffee table. The bath is also quite dangerous at night if you get up as you could easily fall in it and hurt yourself. As the tv reception is so bad you should have a small collection of dvds for your patrons use.We paid the special price of $140 but if I had paid the normal price I would of felt very dissatisfied.I Would recommend your establishment at the special price we paid as The staff and food are very good
